I'm a new resident and I've been playing around with creating attachments to modify my avatar. The issue I'm running in to is the reflective qualities of new attachments.

Even with shinyness set to 0, anything I make out of prims is far more reflective than the default avatar's skin. So if I replace or add to a body part, it becomes painfully obvious as soon as I enter a brightly lit area.

I managed to figure out that the base texture has an effect on this. So I replaced the blank texture I was using with fairly neutral colored texture. This improved things a bit, but my attachments still reflect far more light than my body.

Is there a default texture available for the default body that I could try using on my attachments? Or any other suggestions?
