Can't make item bigger than X 10.000 meters?

Umm i'm not really good at building or anything. I was just trying to edit part of my house floor, i wanted to make it just a little smaller, but as soon as i clicked to stretch it, it shrunk and won't let me make it how it was before. so now it's like one big part of my floor is missing!! So wanted to ask if anyone knows why it won't let me make it bigger like how it was before? I doubt 10.000 is the max because if it was bigger then it is possible to make it bigger, so I don't understand why it won't let me. Pleaseee help, I don't like having my floor like this

It sounds like the creator used mega prims (this is a prim larger than 10meters that was created when a bug was introduced in the program - this bug has been squashed by LL and megas can no longer be created).

If you try to resize a mega, it snaps down to a max of 10m per each size. A ctrl-Z will undo the error, but you have to do it immediately.

You will need to contact the creator of your house to get this taken care of.

Well thanks for the help, but well I guess easier way was to rez the house again so I did that. It's fine now.
