Not sure if this forum is the best place for this type of post, but I have found a neat site for public domain (free for any use) images.

Well I think this would indeed be a very nice place to link... if you had put it in the Texturing Tips forum instead of Building Tips. (I know, the word "building" sounds more general than it actually is. It doesn't actually include the topics of image files or scripts; it's usually just about the shaping of the prims/objects.)
