Quick Tutorial - Semi-reflective surface

Hi Everyone, here is my solution to create semi-reflective texture in SL. Im always open to comments and critics when they're constructive. ;)

Its very easy....

1. Create 2 identical prims at the exact same location, one will be just a litle larger than the first one.
2. On the external prim, add you favorite transparent texture.
3. On the internal prim, turn 'shinny' in the Edit window.

Here is the result :

Reflective Window (glass)

reflective Pillar (metal)

Glad to see that it can be usefull for other builder, if you get some nice result, plz send me an snapshot online or post the result here. ;)

Btw, this effect was use to create the entire Galleria City...
