I don't know much about Inventor, so correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe it utilizes solids modeling rather than surface modeling. Without direct per-vertex control, it's unlikely you could produce a model with sculpty-compatible topology. Sculpties are created like origami, by bending and folding an existing surface in 3D space, not by extruding or carving up solid materials.
Additionally, there's the issue of how to get Inventor to generate a sculpt map, even if the proper topology were possible. You MIGHT be able to set it up, depending on how flexible Inventor's renderer is, and on what kinds of functions can be controlled and/or added via scripting/programming.
Again, I don't know a ton about Inventor, but I have to believe getting it to create sculpties would take a ton of work. It would likely take a lot less time and effort just to learn how to use a surface modeler that already has the requisite capabilities, and that already has sculpty exporter written for it (like Maya, Max, Blender, Wings, etc, etc, etc.).
