Nonprofit Building project

Hello iam searching for help on my building project.
I have a picture in SL and i can profide detail information of the building.
I got to out and buy land but i need to now how great the sqmeters land i need for this building.

The start of the building is i think about over 4 weeks iam just orientate now.

For the fun i have created a jeansjacket with the flag,

I always build in the sandbox and figure out how much land I'll need by the size of the build there. I use the floor prims to keep track of how big the build is, so I can also try to limit how huge it gets because of the amount of space in the sandbox. The floor prims also give me an idea of the land size that I might need for the build.
