More permissions - changing on transfer?

I have a little customer service issue I'm dealing with. A buyer of one of my houses is having problems modifying the house. The build is packaged and sold with Mod enabled. I made one set of adjustments for this customer since he couldn't edit the build. I double checked the house by passing a copy to an alt (one that does not have modify perms to my objects), where I was able to rez, modify, unlink, delete as expected. I then sent the build that I had customized and double checked to the customer. He still cannot modify or unlink the pieces to edit the house.

The house is packaged with Rez-Faux, but this hasn't ever been an issue and wasn't an issue for my testing alt.

Any suggestions as to why he has not been able to modify two succesive builds? I really don't want to keep doing the modifications to this house for him anytime he wants to change a prim.

I'm having permissions issues as well. I sell full perm sculptie kits. I gave a teacher who asked the ok to give her students copies of my sculptie maps as long as they were no copy. Her students were not able to apply the maps to prims.
