How do you set an item to attach to a certain body part when you choose wear? I'm trying to make some bracelets...

Just attach the object to the relevent part of the body then adjust it's position ( edit it whilst it's attached - best to use a posing cage of some sort when your doing this ) and when you leave edit mode it remembers which part it's attached to. Remove then item then wear and you should fine it returns to the same spot ( and thus same attachment point).
