I have gotten items from other ppl that have no perms at all, no mod, no copy and no trans. But yet every time I go to do that with an item I have created I can only either do no copy or no trans, not both. If I uncheck no copy the trans becomes active and if I uncheck for no trans then the copy becomes active. I would like to set them all to be not active. Does anyone know how you can make an item have no permissions at all?

Unless something has changed, you've never been able to set an item to have no perms at all. However, if you were to make an object copy-only (no mod/no transfer) and then put a script or an animation in it that is no-copy, you would have effectively made it no-perm.

It's evil, though.

Permissions are actually a bit more complicated even. If the no mod scripts or anims inside the object were made by you, the item shows mod. It's only when the creator of the no mod scripts is someone else that the item shows no mod.
Why would you want to make something no copy/no trans? You have to give customers at least something. If they can't copy, why shouldn't they be able to give the item away, and vice versa? You really have to give people options. All my items are copy and I have a gifting system set up at my store.
