Hey, I'm new here, so I'm not sure where to post this. I chose Harajuku template, and there is a dark blue fringe that won't seem to come off. I checked everything in the hair customization, and it simply won't leave. I'm really grateful if someone could help me. Cheers!

Not sure what the "Harajuku template" is, but is there blue on it? If so, make sure the blue parts are not visible before you save to TGA.

Was able to communicate with him in-world. By the time I IMed him he had solved the "fringe" problem. I never found out exactly what it is.
He'd also been lagging like anything. He was on Orientation Island at the time.
