Harem Pants: Guide to them

I am lookign for a way to create my own poofy harem pants for my av. I wonderd the best way to do this as I have seen some awesome creations at Sultans but would liek to make my own...(its cheaper)

Anyone have any tips how the poofy part of the pants are made?

Here's how I'd approach it- there are likely other ways.

Make a pants/ underpants clothing item, let that end just below the knee.

Use a hollowed torus as the base shape, advanced cut the center out, size & proportion it to suit. Tex it with a lace or partilally transparent tex to match the pants, copy the prim(s) & attach one to each lower leg. You can get fancier from there, if you care to

not sure how to make them but I'm interested in where you are...quite interested in the theme
