Is there any such way to increase the prims of a particular parcel ? (Just one, without increase anothers parcels)

How ?

Prim limits are tied to the amount of land. To have more prims, you need more land.

Note thought that prim limits are based on your total land in the sim. So, a common trick is to buy an extra parcel somewhere else in the sim that you don't actually build on. That additional land gives you more prims on the parcel you will build on.

Exactly. If you own a number of parcels you can freely share and distribute prim allocation between all of them.

This is one one of the benefits of renting land, because this means that tenants may have more prims on a parcel than if they would own it (if the landlord sets things up that way).
