Select all the parts and then press ctrl-L. Whichever one you select last will be the parent in the link set. All the others will be its children.
To unlink, it's ctrl-shift-L. These commands are also on the Toold menu at the top of the screen. _____________________

If you want to link one or more prims (that you own) together, so you can move them about as one object etc, this is how you do it. Start by right clicking one of the prims you want linked, and choosing edit. Then hold down the shift key on your keyboard and click the remaining prims you wish to link. They should get a yellowish glow round them when you click them. Once you've selected all the prims you want to link, go to the tools menu (up the top of your screen) and choose link, or hold Control and press L. To unlink just go into edit on the linked object and choose Unlink from tools, or hold Control and Shift and press L. Hope this helps! _____________________
