Hello, First of all, English is not native language and im not good at it either., please be patient if there are some gammer errors.I just start to do some design in sl.I wanna cover one side of a box with a texture. but all of six sides are covered each time i try. So how to just cover one and keep other five sides blank? your helps are much appericated

Select the box that says "select texture" Then click on the surface that you want to chang ethe texture of. If you want to do more than one side at once, hold the shift key down as you select the surfaces.

I only want to mention that you have to double click the surface of the prim that you want to put the texture on. Nice texturing! cg

Just drag the texture from your inventory onto the object. It'll only be applied to the side you drop it on.
