Ummm... Hi guys! <waves>
I like building homes and such and could use some help with transferring what I built to the land owner. I dont know really how to do that other than give it to them and hope they can line it up. Which isnt acceptable. And I have also in the past stayed as a member of a group so the build would stay in place.
What is really the correct way to do this? Hm?
If someone could point me in the right direction I would love you for it! Well... not really, but it would be so sweet of you.

if you are the owner of the land, and selling the build with it, there is an option to transfer objects on the land with the purchase, somewhere in the land options I think...
if you are building on anothers land, you can set the object as buy original, then let the land owner buy it, it should stay put instead of going into their inventory.
if you are building offsite, you can either set it up for them (a time sink to be sure) or better look into one of the many packaging sytems around that let the owner rez and and position the house from a box... Rez-Foo(CrystalShard Foo), Rez-Faux(Lex Neva), Jack-In-The-Box(jack Hawthor), and Builders Buddy(can't remember) all do this with varying dificulty and limitations (mostly limited to 96m from the box, some can't handle sim crossing, etc)
