Huddo folks.
I've been working on a Mayan temple in the Outlands since I got to SL. And I was thinking, is there anyone out there interested in making other ancient landmarks? My next project is to be Stonehenge or something similar. I haven't got anywhere that would be a good location, and I don't have enough money to buy a plot of land, but it would be neat to rebuild ancient things in a somewhat orderly fashion.
Any interest?

Sounds really cool... I think I've seen the temple.. is it REALLY big and shaped like a pyramid?
What other ancient buildings can you think of?

Not really big, but it's a step pyramid. S'right next to a castle and my friend's Brownstone.  Well, there are lots of neat ancient landmarks. There's Egyptian pyramids, and Greek, Roman, Celtic. All sorts of more obscure ones too. Could even do a First nations Longhouse, which would be really neat too. |

It's kind of...generic. If I do it again, I want to make it accurate. But it's actually based off the golden pyramids in Road to El Dorado  |

I'm working on a small, basic Shaolin temple for my house, but I think it would be cool to build something like the Forbidden City. Has anyone done anything extensive with Far East architecture yet?
