Ok here's the thing: I saw this huge sphere that was 100x100x100 meters! All in one single prim! Now how the heck is that done? Cause I can only make prims 10x10x10... I've also seen some flooring (a box) that was 20x20x.5...????
Thanks, Jonesey

"Megaprims" were created via an exploit which has since been closed. You cannot make them yourself. You can, however, use copies of the ones that were created back then. Search in-world for "megarprim", and you'll find lots of people giving them out.
Be aware that megaprims are not officially supported, so if you choose to use them, you do so at your own risk. Whatever you do, don't put objects on your land that are larger than your parcel. You'll just piss off your neighbors, and your stuff will get deleted by LL.

I think it's safe to say they're tolerated as long as they're part of a build or as landscaping. Most other uses will be frowned up, as they can cause problems for others. And they may be removed at some point in the future, possibly without warning.

To add: Don't buy megaprims from anybody. Anybody charging for them is a rip off merchant. Don't rez megaprims as carefree as you do normal prims. There are some sim sized prims in there, and many, many times have I come across people effectively dropping the Great Wall of China across dozens of builds in adjoining sims and understandably getting ARd by all and sundry for it. Our draw distance doesn't extend to the size of these really huge prims, so we often can't see the outside edges and are oblivious to the fact they are there. The sim where I have land is only two months old and I'm aware of this happening three times already. Some people are just troublemakers and AR every megaprim they come across for the sake of being a jobsworth. Happened to me last month re a 64mx32m base. (Ie. at ground level, you walk across it, doesn't impact anybody's view in the slightest). Thankfully the despatched Linden didn't think there was an issue and I was allowed to keep them.
