I mean, seriously. Surely the view doesn't need to connect to the grid to simulate the physics and building tools and what amounts to a simple, say 2048 or 4096, parcel so we can build and design and experiment. It seems so simple.
I often have some down time at work that I COULD be working on projects and whatnot, but I can't connect to the grid because of work rules concerning bandwidth.
Maybe this has been addressed before, but I keep wondering about it.
