I am trying to make this shape. I know its a singly prim and I know it has to be either a ring, torus or tube but I'll be damned if I can get it right. The part that is driving me bonkers is the not the bottom half of the shape (I can get that but only with a torus) its the top part where the shape narrows in again. The best I can achieve is a uniform diameter at the top and not a sloping one like shown. I went to the Ivory tower and looked at all the torture exhibits and so far nada. Help??

From: Kinga Svarog building block type: torus I'm assuming from the diagram that the top is intended to be a flat face. Is that correct, Dante?

Kinga, thanks, I see now where I was going wrong, namely with the hole size and hollow settings.
Deana, the piece will be hollow and the top surface will actually be an edge as opposed to a flat surface. I needed the taper on the bottom as well which is why the torus is ideal.
Thanks to you both, it has been vexing me for some time now.
