It's designed to go on 512m2 land, as long as it's square. Wont be for sale unfortunately but i might run events outta it as well as being a appartment atm it's 44prims. What u guyz think?

From: zippy Rainbow can you pay more to allow for more prims? No you would have to buy more land in the same simulator, and therefore tier up above 512 sq m..

Don't worry Zippy...you can find lots of low-prim furniture around.

Thats a cool build Zippy. 44 is not too bad for a 512m plot, leaves 73 for furniture and decor. It would cut down your style and you have to decide if it is worth it or not, but a single pillar support might trim a few prims from your build. It is up to you what you keep or trim down, style does count. 117 is not a whole lot to work with and you have to tighten the belt a little tigher when you only have 117 prims to use.
About the small plot you saw with 200+ prims. The land owner (or group) has more land somewhere else in the sim. You get use of the total prims your land in the sim allows, you can use them on any piece of land in the sim that you own. So if you have two seperate plots each 512m, you have a total of 234 prims to use in that sim, you could put them all on one plot and leave the other one bare if you wanted.

i'm gonna have to get a extra 512 on top i think when i buy land. just for the fact that the tower alone with the window frames i put in now is at 88 prims. If anyne wants to check my progress place search project and it's the project quick start. You'll find if the corner of that land

I agree that the 117 prim limit is pretty restrictive...
However, it is possible to build a decent home out of it. The house I have is a heavily modified Siggy-style beach house that ended up being 25 prims. That left me quite a bit of room for some decent furniture.
So though it is restrictive, and I really wish LL would raise it up some, it is possible to make a decent build out of it. You just have to be very conservative with your prims, and maybe torture the poor little prims a bit.

Lol TWO can play at that game.. the question was.. From: zippy Rainbow can you pay more to allow for more prims? You can't pay to ALLOW more prims on one plot, however, it is possible to combine prims on multiple lots in the same simulator.. I had a finishing point, but I forgot it while trying to word that bit.. I forget why I'm trying to do this, you win

Very, very cool for a first build. Where'd you come up with the idea?
