how do i go about finding how much traffic is coming by my shop? appreciate it thx

That depends on your definition of "traffic". If you mean the official Linden Lab definition, you can see this in your About Land window. If you mean an real count of how many individual people have been in your shop, I'd suggest using a scripted counting device.

Use one of those Visitor Counters that you can pick up at the Freebie Warehouse or Yadni's.
