Importing my own textures?

Can anyone tell me how I import my own Photoshop textures?

check in the texturing forum for details about all the things you can do but the basics are

make your image in "the powers of two";(echo) ie: 16x16 32x32 64x64 128x128 ect
please try and keep it 512x512 or lower, any higher and it really starts denting computer performance :)

make your image in photoshop, when your happy with it save the image in TGA (targa) file format (its wise to use psd format untill your happy with the image)

Login to SL and click the file menu in the upper left hand corner of the screen, choose upload texture
