I think you should try using something that has the Twist option, maybe you can get a good crescent with it.

Well Tya that seems to be the closes I can get to what I want as it's more rounded then I expected.
I've gotten it to where the back of the prim is how I want the actual top to be, the ridge going around the top with the soft slope on the back with the sharp curve on the front.
Ok got it actually how I want it had to mess with advance cut on the Torus a bit to get it. Thank you both for your help.
And here is the finished product.
