Has anyone figured out what the "Show Cross Sections" feature does? It's in the Grid Options dialog, and I can't see any effect when it's turned on.

when you edit move an object it X,Y or Z plane it will show a highlighted cross section on other objects that lie in the same plane as the one you are editing. useful when moving things around and trying to quickly line thing up. you end up spending less time swinging the camera around
