Hello Im planning to buy my first land in 3-4 weeks. Do IM Haden Divisadero. I'd love to have a go at it .... Forget about the Cash you need to pay I'd like to work on a challenge. I've already made Open plan Tower blocks to Cliff edged Houses where I thought I'd not make it. This sounds like a challenge. Prims are going to be high tho but then again... I'd love to have a go at it!
