I understand that this question might be annoying to some, and intrusive to others, so please if you are one of these groups, just dont answer  . I've got a request for a custom 3 floors 60X30 mansion, It's my first buiulding on request, was wondering how much one would charge for those? thanx |

Thats a tough question. what is the buyer willing to pay? how much is your time worth? will you need custom textures too? can you sell copies? is it yor first large building and youll have fun doing it? I would give a price you feel comfortable with ive seen some of your work so i know youll do a great job  -LW |

Thanx a lot for the trust dude I've already reached an understanding with the client, and we're both happy (i think).
