I want to give one specific atavar permission to build on my land. Putting the name under "Access" and allowing resident to build does not work. What am I doing wrong?

Yes I need to know that too. Do you need to create a group? I currently just started and purchased the minimum 512 m2 land so that I do not have to pay any additional Land Fees. I have a friend who's land is right next time mine. If we create a group will our combined land in the group make us pay land fees? |
