I would like to know , on the building kits or buildings purchased from any one of the vendors, are you aloud to modify them, and if so , how do i know which is modifieable or not?

For instance , a friend of mine bought a tall building that is windowed up except for the bottom floor, and there is no stair well, how the heck to you get to the other floors without removing a window and placing and outside stairwell/ramp to the other floors?

and help on this would be great, and maybe pointed in the direction of a good tutorial for modifying/designing buildings.

thank

Hi Rutain,

Most vendors will detail the permissions for the building. If you want to modify - the best permissions set will be:

Copy/Modify/No Transfer

This will allow the new owner the ability to make changes and to rez a fresh copy incase you make a really, really bad mistake. ;)
