Ok i know very little about pc's! I am trying to learn but as simple as it may be I cant figure out how to make a sign for my little store. Can anyone please help me. Thank you

Create a texture in paint or any other paint program, save it as a JPG, BMP or TGA, and upload it using the "Upload Texture" option from the file menu in world.. Then put it on a prim..
