I made a nice torso in Blender but it was such a pain to get it symmetrical in there that I used some tricks in Photoshop to make it symmetrical. Looks pretty cool in SL now, but since there's still room for minor improvements, I would love to import the sculpt texture back into Blender to improve the area around the 'mirror axis'. So not just load is as a texture, but recreate the object.

Is this at all possible / does anyone here know how to do that ?

You should be able to import the sculpty into Wings 3D, then transfer it to Blender via an .obj file.
