How would I make balloon ribbons?...advanced cut torus? a tube? ack can't seem to figure it out.

i would use a tube thin large hole,
and maybe advance cut, the revolutions then strech Z? and flatten X&Y. you can add a slow spin to it too make it look like its blowing in wind  -LW |
