My video card is unsuported!! That's the message I get when I try to play. But my video card is "better than required" and my PC is also. I have cable. I sent a message to "Tech support" 4 days ago but no response. Anyone else have that problem and get it resolved? I'd sure appreciate knowing how you did it. Thx alot!  |

Do you have Windows XP? I had that issue when I installed it. I have a GeFore 2Mx, but Windows XP installed default drivers for it that SL doesn't recognize. I'd suggest updating your drivers from the manufacturer's website and see if that makes a difference.

You don't mention precisely which graphics card you have, so it's rather difficult to pinpoint the problem. It's entirely possible that the video card is better than the required minimum, yet the programming team haven't yet gotten to officially verifying that it will run without problems (or at least run without more problems than usual), hence 'unsupported.' This computer has an unsupported nVidia RIVA card that runs SL just fine, apart from the message every boot up. Unless you're having issues with running the program, it's probably not worth worrying about.
