My flow is Hypatia's sphere > zbrush > wings > wings exporter. My model looks so pretty in Zbrush and not so pretty in SL. My project requires the appearance of smooth clean plastic material. Texture baking is making a big difference, but the results are still not as I would like.

This is due the the limited resolution depth of where points can be placed in sculpties, which is on a scale of 0-255.
We have though of ways to increase the resolution, like up to a scale of 64,000 (64k). For now, you can break the model into quadrants. For example, create four smaller sections of the model. Then make sure each of those sections fit the entire sculpt map. Piece them together again. You'll achieve at least double the resolution in each direction. Apply the process again to where you need higher resolution. _____________________

Ok, I was going to do this anyway so I can have more detail for the eyes and mouth.
You said Then make sure each of those sections fit the entire sculpt map. I'm not clear what this means? |

Some sculptie importers do not make the object fit the entire size of the sculpt map region, and others do.
It would stretch the points, for example, of the upper most part of the model to the upper most part of the sculpt map. Same thing with the side of the model being stretch all the way to the side of the sculpt map, and so on. I know a visual would help on that, so think of taking a minimized windows on you desktop and maximize it to the screen. That's kind-of sort-a about the same effect. It will help guarantee that you can match points up when you piece the model back together. All you need to do is just rescale the sculptie back to the original dimensions since it will look streched at first. _____________________
