Based on the actual PWA (now known as the General Services Administration), it's goal will be to get Linden Bucks and experience to newbies, and allow those more experienced to both teach and get more experience in terms of building, scripting, and textures. The overall objective (to start out with) is a sort of Library Of Congress type museum (2nd life style) to catalouge a broad spectrum of what can be done in SL, and those who do it. But mostly, the PWA can be on hand to help maintain the various theme areas, participate in future civic projects, and do other small stuff to add to the world of Second Life. Currently, im sorta doing this w/ the SLN, but I may just establish an independant civillian branch, if enough people are interested, and arnt interested in joining a military orginization.
PS: Hehe, this is the project thread, so i should probably mention that the first project the PWA does will probably be a small square w/ fountain and stage. Just something small to dot around the area, and hold small events at, for all you ingame muscians, poems, or politicians (who knows, somebody might want to get up on a soapbox, literally)
