I'm trying to create two semi circular Torii, one about 7.5m diameter, that other around 8.5m. The problem I have is that the profile at the end of the cut needs to be a virtical oval with the height about 0.5 and the width roughly 0.3 which then butt up against two cylinders who's dimentions are obviously 0.5x0.3 creating the edge to a bar. It's actually for my Cantina I'm building so anyone familiar with the inside of them will understand the bar ( it's like a huge U with the edging raised proud of the surface of the bar surface). Problem I'm having ( and this may well be unsolvable ) is that as the diameter increases it becomes increasingly hard to maintain a virtical oval profile to the cut edge. Thanks .

Instead of using 2 torii, you can use 4, so that they are quarter torii. That way, when the cut end won't get any slimmer, you can use the taper attribute to thin it down to 0.5x0.3. After you've done one side, you just mirror it to the other side. So in total, its 6 prims. To make a 7.5m torus join to a 8.5m one, you have to cut more than a quarter to create an angle for the cylinder to butt joint into it tho. I have dropped an example in your inventory. Hope thats what you meant. While the cross section of the torii isn't 0.5x0.3 all the way, I think its hard to notice. Nothing is impossible tho. Just has various degrees of difficulty.

From: Katier Reitveld the two Torii are inside each other not connected. Haha. Then I have no idea what you mean. Better to see it visually I suppose. Good luck.
