Here is location of download:

Requires:
Photoshop (7 or higher)
GIMP (any version)
What it is:
The Following is a action set that I put together for sculpt map operations within Photoshop and GIMP. You are allowed to use, Modify, Give Away, or anything you want with these!
Installation:
Simply put this action set in -
Photoshop: Photoshop directory/presets/actions
GIMP: GIMP directory/scripts
You may have to restart the application if you place this into the directory while running. Also there is load action set options within the software too. So either way works.
Included in the set you will find 9 actions:
Enlarge to 64 x 64 - This is used to enlarge the texture size to 64 x 64 px (I've used bicubic smoother interpolation for adjustment, which is best for enlargement).
Reduce to 64 x 64 - This is used to reduce the texture size to 64 x 64 px (I've used bicubic sharper interpolation for adjustment, which is best for reduction).
N1 Nanoing - This is a curve adjustment that effectively reduces the end sculpt size by approx. 0.05m in all directions. (So a sculpt that has an original size of <0.010, 0.010, 0.010> would, after N1 Nanoing have a size of <0.005, 0.005, 0.005>

N2 Nanoing - This is a curve adjustment that effectively reduces the end sculpt size by approx. 0.06m in all directions. (So a sculpt that has an original size of <0.010, 0.010, 0.010> would, after N2 Nanoing have a size of <0.004, 0.004, 0.004>

N3 Nanoing - This is a curve adjustment that effectively reduces the end sculpt size by approx. 0.07m in all directions. (So a sculpt that has an original size of <0.010, 0.010, 0.010> would, after N3 Nanoing have a size of <0.003, 0.003, 0.003>

N4 Nanoing - This is a curve adjustment that effectively reduces the end sculpt size by approx. 0.08m in all directions. (So a sculpt that has an original size of <0.010, 0.010, 0.010> would, after N4 Nanoing have a size of <0.002, 0.002, 0.002>

Invert Map - This is an inversion of the blue color channel, and due to the way the UV topology projection works this effectivly flips the normals. In short this will invert your sculpt map making it inside-out. (Note: This can be done with SL's viewer as well! But there are certain occassions that call for an inverted map prior to upload).
Mirror Map - This is an inversion of the blue color channel, followed by a rotation of the canvas 180 degrees. Use this to effectivly mirror your sculpt map. (Note: This can be done with SL's viewer as well! But there are certain occassions that call for an mirrored map prior to upload).
Apply Alpha Protection - This is used to add an alpha channel to your sculpt map to prevent content highjacking. What is does in basic terms is make your sculpt map completely transparent, so if someone where to save your texture to hard drive they would not be able to edit it in any way because it would be completely blank. This also prevents people that lack permissions to the texture itself taking a screenshot of the build menu parameters to steal the texture. (NOTE: BIG NOTE!!!! YOU MUST APPLY THIS AFTER ANY NANOING!!! IF YOU USE NANO AFTER IT WILL NOT WORK!!! ALSO THE FILE MUST MUST BE SAVED IN .TGA FORMAT THAT INCLUDES THE ALPHA CHANNELS!!!! THE FILE MUST BE 32BIT AS WELL!!!!!

Typically the actions within this set are applied/run in order of appearance (top to bottom) General order is as follows when needed:
1 - Adjust image size (Larger smaller)
2 - Make nano.
3 - mirror or invert.
4 - apply alpha protection.
5 - save as 32bit .tga /w alpha channels!!
6 - rinse and repeat.
And there you have it! An in-depth action set for your photo editing program of choice.
