Okay, I know this has been discussed, but I'm officially PO'd now. Flexis seem useless with their inability to link objects to the flexed end. Take a look at this image: The picture in the upper-right corner is how this should behave. Has anyone found any way of making this work?

Makes sense since the flex is only a client side graphics effect. The "flexible" end isn't really moving physically, so it has no way to affect the prim above it. The only movement is in the way it gets drawn on the screen, which says nothing about where it actually is in space. As far as the server knows, the prim is totally stationary whether it's flexing or not.

WACKY INFLATABLE ARM TUBE MAN
Ahem... anyways, I suggest maybe making it only flex within certain parameters, and have the head be the size of these parameters?
Good luck!
