Help me wrap my head around this. Create a box and make it 3m x 3m x 3m. Twist it on B to 180. Twist it on E to 180. Change it into a sphere. Dimple it on B to .850 or so. Rotate you cam around it. Why does it do what it does?

because it isnt hollow it only has the outside texture, no inside. Since you rotated 180 and 180 it turns it inside out, making it so that the inside non-texture is on the outside and you look in, which is causing the weird 'vision trick' thing to happen. When you wimple it that far.. that is what you always get, but the textures are just reversed in this case, so that you are looking at it inside out.
I'm not 100 % sure that I'm correct.. but that is how it seems

For even more fun, untwist it just a bit.
