While in Edit mode of an object I built, I am listed as the "Creator". Yet when I look at the same object in my inventory and click on Properties, "Nobody" is listed as the creator. Why is this?

This is a bug that's been around since as long as I can remember. I don't know what triggers it.

using a script that someone else wrote is one reason. even an open source free to resell script has this effect. a work around is to open your own new script and copy paste it.

This can happen if you have an object with multiple creators involved in the parts of it--
it is confusing.
I've suggested earlier it be consistent, or perhaps display (multiple) for Creator.

only way to solve it, btw...

is to create a new object (or use a copy template you've already previously created), where you doublecheck and make sure that you're the creator, then copy all contents/scripts/paramaters in... as far as i know??
