Local Rotation Bug Is Back

I was so happy when this bug was finally squashed a few months ago, but now all of a sudden it's back. If the behavior from before holds, this won't affect everyone, just some.

What happens is when you link two or more objects together, the local ruler mode aligns itself with whatever prim was selected second to last before linking, instead of with the parent. It's really, really, really annoying.

I haven't noticed that specific bug, but related, I have had child prims in linked sets that are rotated in x,y, and/or z lose their bearings and have .05 degrees deviation - where something should be 180.0, it is 180.05 and so on. Very annoying.
