Need Help with Damani House

I bought the Damani "Wood House" and after placing it on my land, I cannot get the interior doors to work. One door appears to be seperate from the house. The first time I thought I had messed up, so, since it was only $650. I bought a new one, it has the same problem. I have tried to IM the Damani PPL, but no luck so far. Anyone have any ides??

I had teh sam eproblem, Same creator different house, My problem was that I didnt 'RESET the house after i had placed it. THE command was something like /55 reset, I cant remeber precisely but it WAS in the notecard i received so it was my bad, I would ask the creator for help in getting u all set up, send a second IM, I have yet to see a builder who DIDNT support their work, SOme like Stirling are too busy for us mere mortals however. My personal rule of thumb, I always ask a question of a home builder, If they reply promptly, then I can usually assume they will be around to support me in my purchase. Scorpio Gattea is a very good builder and support is better than most, So is Whip Burrleigh. ( Sorry if I mangled the names ) COmpanis such as CK design and Out of Time also offer Fantastic support.
THere is a girl I met who makes smaller homes and she is fantastic to eork with, I will have to add her to this post once I log in to SL and look at a couple homes in my inventory.

I figured out what I was doing wrong.

Now I wish I hadn't had to buy it twice.

Hi, thanks for buying one of my prefabs. I'm sorry you encountered a problem with the house. Due to linking limits, sometimes i'm required to keep certain parts of houses unlinked. Also since a few updates rotating a house could cause linked items to stop responding.

I try to respond as quickly as possible to any problems that arise with any of my items (within a few days max. in those occasions I can't be in world due to RL obligations). If you're not receiving a response quickly, i advice to send me an IM personally, that way you're assured it actually reaches me.

I'll contact you in world to make sure everything is fine now.
