Help -asap! Lost "rotate" While Trying To Rerez Decorated Home

Please ASAP-Anyone there??? Trying to rerez a fully decorated house & almost have it, but can not find my ROTATE feature & right now I am just in the horizonal /vertical mode, but not the menu. House is too high on one side & need to rotate before I lose it!!!

CRY, CRY! Just lost it-opened a received notice & the arrows went away-anone have any advice or good at this-come help!!!!! Houstonian Lodge-the big white contemporary.

I'm not sure I understand entirely, or if this is helpful, but...

When I right-click on a prim or a linked set of prims and choose Edit from the pie menu, holding down the Shift key displays the 3 axes, and I can click-drag one to rotate in that axis.

I assume you're talking about the Edit - Rotate control.

You said the house is too high on one side... You might have to fly up high enough and far enough away from the house to see the control. Also, make sure you're holding down the Ctrl key to get the Edit Rotate control.
