Can anyone tell me is there are limits to this app, say the number of Prims, size limitations, etc. The reason I as, is because I made an object, and when I imported it, the object looked nothing like what I made in the offline builder. So maybe I am missing an important step. Like for instance, I see a smoth option in the offline builder. that i snot an option in game. So maybe this has an effect on the importing? I dunno... Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

Edit: Evidently, there is a problem importing at the moment. It's possible that the new version has something to do with it (watching my scripts go haywire does not inspire confidence).
I'll be monitoring this the next day or two and should have it resolved in that time. In the meanwhile, the Blender side of things appears to be working just fine.

Evidently, SL is now throttling notecard reads. This could be messy.  As a stopgap solution, you should be able to manually copy prims into Thraxis' importer... but I don't have a better solution than that for right now. And, I don't want to jump the shark too soon, but someone else is working on an importer for the tool. Please stay tuned. In the meantime, I'm going to flag the trove entry for import "currently not working" to reflect this. Sorry for the hassle.
