3DS Max sculpty question

I'm following Chip's tutorial "Creating Sculpties From Arbitrary Meshes in 3ds Max 9" and I've run into a snag. I know someone else posted this but I've spent the last 2 hours looking and can not find the elusive creature anywhere.

In step 4 when I bake the textures I get a .tga that's in bits instead of one piece. What am I missing here?

In the render to texture dialog, set it to render the existing UV channel 1, not automatic unwrap.

flipped faces

I uploaded my files and applied them to a sphere. It built my vase but it's flipped inside out. What do I need to do to flip the face? Thank you.

Open the file in an image editor, and flip it left to right. Should fix it.

Yep, either that or just invert it. :) I'm pretty sure Abu's most recent version of the material (version 10 I think) fixes that issue.
