i need a wide open space to build, where i can leave my work for a while in order to do other things withought having to worry about auto-return (don't worry, i would be building very high up so as not to distract any people below)
is there an easy trick to finding sims that are mostly empty, large, have build+script on, and no auto-return?

We'd all like that, Hoax, and the way you get it is to buy it for yourself. Abandoned? You're not going to find those, given that a sim has cost someone around $1600 plus tier of $200-$300 per month! You'll find some sims as you describe - relatively empty, a sim by its very definition IS large, have build+script on, no auto return - but the owners will simply return or delete any unauthorised builds. Building high up doesn't change the fact that you don't own the land below. They pay for it, why should you use it for free?  |
