if like me you have almost no clue here are a couple of Wings 3D tips...

Try the tweak command, especially with magnet turned on.

While you are tweaking around, use the options at the bottom right of the screen.

Turn on Quick Preview Smoothed mode to see what you are accomplishing. 8-)
