A dual usage thing. For comic relief and to avoid interruptions while you do a serious work, ban the hell outta people so while you're working you can not only see their faces smush up against the red ban lines, but also have the added plus of seeing them bang their avi's head into them at LEAST SIX TIMES before they fly away.
