I have some flexi curtains, wich act very strange. 4 curtains in a row for a wide entrance. To move them, i linked them together, but they were NOT linked to a non flexi object. After unlinking to make some adjustings, i saw that on each of them the phantom box was greyed out, but the flexi features stayed correct. They also acted as flexis (moved with the wind) and were phantom for me, so I thought they were ok. BUT some people couldnt cross them now. I had to uncheck and check the feature box on each to make them phantom for all people again. And then the phantom box was automatically also checked while greyed out, like when i build them. What could be the reason for that and how do i prevent that strange behaviour (I will have to move them again for sure)?? Is this a new feature or is it a problem with some attachements people wear? we didnt find a reason yet. Anybody with the same problem?
correction: it seems i did link them to a non phantom object. I could reproduce the situation. If the curtain is the root prim, after unlinking it keeps the flexi features and the phantom setting, the non phantom objects gets phantom. If the non phantom object is the root prim, the curtain will keep the flexi features but lose the phantom setting after unlinking. But for me but not for all people it keeps the phantom functionality even when the box is unchecked. Very strange ...
