Porch/Patio Building help...

I'm trying to find a prefab or get help building a large deck and patio onto my beach house and could use some help or direction where I can pickup suck a deck as I'm new and have yet to make any builder friends but my land is coming along nicely just need a bit of help. I think I have teh basic building tools down so if anyone has any time and can message me in game I would really appricate it!

I am a builder that might be able to help you, IM me in game and I will take a look at your land or give you some pointers on the deck. It is probably a good idea to IM me though as I dont get in world till the evenings and will sadly forget by then. You can IM Drezin Drago in world. Hope I can help.

CMFF's New Designer Showcase in beautiful Aqua Shopping Park currently has openings for some new designers to show their wares. Space is provided free of charge for a period of 2-3 months to help up and coming talent gain some exposure and sales. In order to qualify your account must be six months old or younger and you can't already be selling in more than 2 other locations... and I have to like your stuff (don't worry, I'm not that picky!)

If you'd like to apply just respond to this thread or contact me by in-world IM or forum PM. New spots open up every month or so.

I'd be happy to help either of you who are asking...you'll find it's not too hard. I've also got some prefabs at my shop (SoCal Culture) that you can look at for concepts.
