I have Blender 2.49a (PY 2.6.2) installed but haven't used it in a whiles. I installed Domino's latest Primstar which is new for me.

I created a simple 8*8 sphere and tried to export it (as a SL sculpt) but got a PY error. The console give me data but is not self explanatory. Seems to be a line call outs for the export_lsl.py:

line 355
line 314
line 300
line 289

I reinstalled Blender but no change.

Export does not work at all for any sculpts.

Primstar is installed in my user area under .blender/scripts

I had no problem using previous blender scripts from Domino.

Anyone else having problems with Blender and Primstar?

I'd post this on Domino's blog but the format is way to busy for me to figure out.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanx :-)

When you first run Blender, does it find your Python installation? The CLI or script console should tell you whether it's found it or not. That combination of Blender and Python and the latest GIT from Domino are what I'm running on both a Linux box and Windows XP box.

Python... got it! That does not seem to be the problem. I reverted back to some old scripts I had from Domino and they work fine. :-)

Well hopefully Domino will see this and be able to shed some light on what he thinks might be happening, but at least you're up and running.

The useful part of the error message was edited out, but if I had to guess, I'd say the sculptie wasn't baked before trying the export.
